Fresh from the Land, Rooted in Regeneration

At 46 Ranch, every crop, fruit, and egg we produce begins with the soil. Our farming is guided by regenerative practices that restore the land, nurture biodiversity, and produce food that tastes as good as it’s grown.

From pasture-raised eggs to heirloom tomatoes, each product reflects our belief that healthy land grows healthy food, and that good food should stay close to home. You’ll find our harvests available seasonally at the Cambria Nursery Farmstand, where we deliver fresh produce, eggs, and handmade goods straight from our ranch in Templeton, California.

Pasture-Raised Eggs

Our family-raised hens roam freely across open, irrigated pastures, foraging for grasses and insects under the Templeton sun. This active, outdoor life produces eggs with golden yolks, firm whites, and rich flavor that speaks for itself. We move the flocks regularly to fresh grass, supporting both soil health and happy hens. Each egg is hand-gathered daily.

Row Crops & Seasonal Vegetables

Our fields are planted with a rotating mix of crops that support soil health and diversity year-round.

Depending on the season, you’ll find:

  • Heirloom and cherry tomatoes

  • Dunja zucchini

  • Zephyr squash

  • Tempest squash

  • Onions and garlic

We hand-water and rotate our crops to give the soil time to rest, rebuild, and thrive, a key part of our regenerative farming approach.

Berries

Our berry beds add bright bursts of sweetness to the ranch. We grow both blueberries and strawberries, picked by hand for freshness and flavor.

Citrus

Our lemons and oranges thrive in the coastal sunshine, producing bright, flavorful fruit year-round. Grown with care in our groves and nearby partner orchards, each harvest reflects the freshness and vitality of California’s Central Coast.

Avocados

Avocados are one of our signature crops, slow-grown, rich, and deeply tied to the Central Coast landscape. Our trees produce smooth, flavorful fruit that ripens naturally, just as it should. Each harvest is gathered by hand and shared locally through the Cambria Nursery Farmstand, where their creamy texture and fresh taste have become a community favorite.

Stone Fruit

We grow classic California stone fruit, nurtured by cool coastal mornings and warm Templeton afternoons.

Depending on the season, you’ll find:

  • Apples

  • Plums

  • Pluots

  • Apricots

  • Peaches

  • Pears

  • Cherries

Picked at peak ripeness, these fruits are perfect for baking or preserving.

Pumpkins, Squash & Melons

From sweet melons to colorful pumpkins and squash, every crop is grown with care and patience, throughout the year.

Farmstand Favorites

Alongside our fresh produce, you’ll also find a few special treats made from what we grow:

  • House-made salsa

  • Hand-popped kettle corn

Each small-batch product celebrates the harvests of the season and the community that supports them.
